Google+ WebVoice Weekly Word: Communication - WebVoice

Vocal Greetings All,

I have always been aware of the vital importance of communication. Without communication we can pretty much give up on quality living and efficient working environments, and watch modern society collapse into disarray.

Proper communication within the work field is, of course, what enables tasks and assignment to be completed. The better the communication infrastructure, the faster and more effective the completion of such assignments.

The property market is no exception to the rule of excellent communication. When working with clients, owners or tenants; thorough communication among all parties is what will aid sales, maintenance tasks, financial and legal contracting, advertising and other management duties to be completed accurately.

The lack of investors in comparison to the working population of South Africa, in my opinion, is because most people are not properly informed about the investment markets and available vehicles therein. This is a great example of the devastating results due to poor communication among people and services.

So, from this point on, I challenge you to ask more and more questions until you have sufficient knowledge to make your next move. Rather be annoyingly inquisitive, than educationally challenged.

“Communication – the human connection – is the key to personal and career success.” – Paul J. Meyer.

Esteemed Regards,

WebVoice Editor,

Andy Moller
